COVID-19 Update

Broadway Family Dental Care Is OPEN for Dental Treatment.

Please note the following changes we’ve implemented to maximize patient and team member safety:

We will ask the attached questions prior to patient arriving at the office
All financial arrangements will be discussed and collected by phone to minimize time at the front desk
Patients will be asked to wait in their cars. We will come escort them into the building and take their temperature.
Patients will be taken directly back to their rooms so that no patients are in our waiting area or at the front desk
We will meet or exceed CDC sterilization procedures
Patients will be asked to limit bringing guests with them
When treatment is complete the patient will be escorted to the front.
