Broadway Family Dental Care Is OPEN for Dental Treatment.

New Appointment Protocol

Please note the following changes we’ve implemented to maximize patient and team member safety:

• We will ask the attached questions prior to patient arriving at the office
• All financial arrangements will be discussed and collected by phone to minimize time at the front desk
• Patients will be asked to wait in their cars. We will come escort them into the building and take their temperature.
• Patients will be taken directly back to their rooms so that no patients are in our waiting area or at the front desk
• We will meet or exceed CDC sterilization procedures
• Patients will be asked to limit bringing guests with them
• When treatment is complete the patient will be escorted to the front.
